From initial consultation right to the end I was so impressed with Hugh and Atticly.
Everything was planned well, details thought through, transparent pricing and careful consideration of the budget throughout which in the current climate was sometimes a challenge. During the renovations, disruption was kept to a minimum, the team were great, arrived on time every day and work rate was excellent and project ran on time. Any little issues encountered along the way were dealt with often without me even having to know about them. The finish is excellent. Atticly recently did some work on our (very old) house and we are delighted with the finished result. Hugh is an absolute perfectionist and even though we don't have a straight wall or a right angle in our house, he was able to work around all of the issues our house threw at him without complaint and finished everything to an extremely high standard. We used the services of Atticly to get our attic converted into a new room, in a terraced 3 bed house. Going through the process with Hugh was a total pleasure, from quotation to completion he communicated extremely well, always keeping us informed. The quote was very balanced and the process was smooth and transparent. The team were on time and put a lot of care over the two weeks, kept the job site clean and tidy, and took extra care with noise and dust given that we were working at home with kids. When there were hiccups or delays these were handled extremely well with empathy, tenacity and strong communication.
